Returns & Exchanges

At Clay Sydney, we want you to love your handmade ceramics; if your piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Ceramics

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective wrap and box to prevent any breakage during the transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned piece, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
